A Wellbeing Challenge for term 3 designed to get us:

•adding to our wellbeing toolbox
•scheduling time for us
Each week for 10 weeks, we’ll each select something new to try. We’ll reflect on the progress of it weekly, choosing whether or not to make it a permanent fixture in our wellbeing toolbox.
Looking for some ideas?

•colouring in / guided drawing
•reading a new magazine/book
•guided yoga on YouTube (Yoga with Adriene is my go to!)
•learning a KPop dance routine
